As Chelsea prepare for the game against West Ham on Monday night, Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has given the latest update on the players’ fitness.

He revealed that everyone in the Chelsea camp is fit to face the Hammers, including Eden Hazard who suffered a minor knock in training.

“Nothing important,” he answered speaking about the team’s fitness, “apart from a little problem for Eden Hazard. He got kicked when we began training again on Wednesday but I think it is nothing serious.

“The rest of the team is in good fitness and we are working very well.”

So, expect Hazard to be in action on Monday, as Chelsea continue their quest to another Premier League title, the second in three seasons.

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.

If God hated Chelsea, He must have not made the sky blue. I know God will guid them through.
