This Premier League campaign ends in two months time and summer signing Michy Batshuayi is yet to start a single game for Chelsea.

The 23-year-old has only made cameo appearances in the league, and has only been used in cup games.

Reports say Antonio Conte is not impressed with the Belgian’s inability to follow tactical instructions, and the Belgian was a topic for discussion in Conte’s pre-match press conference ahead of the West Ham game.

Speaking of Batshuayi, Conte said: “It is important now, when you ask about the players, the important is the present, to work very hard. And then in the future we will see.

“He is working very hard, if he shows me that he is willing to work hard he can be in the starting XI.”
