Chelsea manager has revealed that he’s working hard to keep the players focused on the prize as the league nears its end.

The Italian revealed he won a lot as a player and also lost a lot, and he’s using that experience to keep the players grounded.

Conte said: “Football is strange. Football is full of surprises. I repeat: in my experience as a footballer I won a lot, but I think I lost more. For this reason, I want to keep our feet on the ground. This is very important for me and my players.

“Also, after this type of season, hard work, a lot of difficulties to overcome, I think we deserve to win, but there are 10 games to go, and for sure our opponents don’t want to accept that Chelsea are the champions.

“For this reason, we have to pay great attention in these 10 games and try to get three points tomorrow at home. It will be very difficult.”

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
