Ahead of Chelsea’s Premier League game against West Ham tonight, ex-Chelsea striker Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink insists Chelsea striker Diego Costa thrives in a fiery atmosphere and will enjoy it if West Ham fans get on his back.
“He has been just exceptional this year, scoring different kind of goals. Leading the line,” Hasselbaink told Sky Sports.
“It doesn’t matter whosoever says something to him.
“Big, strong, bullying people.
“He loves these kind of games.
“We all know the West Ham fans, how hostile they can be – he loves that.
“You see him growing in those moments and tonight won’t be any different.”
