Belgium were without Chelsea duo Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois as they managed to get a 3-3 draw in their friendly game away to Russia, and Roberto Martinez didn’t call on Michy Batshuayi for the encounter.
Just days after getting a dying minute goal to draw against Greece, Belgium had recovered an early deficit to lead 3-1, the goals coming from Kevin Mirallas and Christian Benteke (two), but the World Cup hosts fought back to level in injury time.
Asmir Begovic was in goal for Bosnia and Herzegovina as they beat Albania 2-1 in a friendly game.
Bosnia scored twice before the break, including an Edin Dzeko penalty, and though the hosts got one back midway through the second period, Begovic and co stood firm to record a second win in four days.
This result comes after Bosnia defeated Gibraltar 5-0 in a World Cup qualifying game, with Begovic in goal.
