Chelsea boss Antonio Conte had a touchline feud with Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho during Chelsea’s 1-0 FA Cup victory over Manchester United in Stamford Bridge and it seems both managers will take the battle to the transfer market this summer.
According to a Daily Express report, Antonio Conte and Jose Mourinho will battle to sign £70 million Everton striker Romelu Lukaku, who was sold by Jose Mourinho three years ago while he was Chelsea boss.
Lukaku is set to leave Everton at the end of the season after he refused to sign a contract that would have made him Everton’s highest-ever paid player and revealed his intention to join a Champions League club.
Will Lukaku join Mourinho, who didn’t believe in him while he was at Chelsea or will he re-join Chelsea and complete his unfinished business with Chelsea and become a legend at Stamford Bridge like his mentor Didier Drogba?
