N’GOLO KANTE NAMED 2017 LONDON FOOTBALL AWARDS’ PREMIER LEAGUE PLAYER OF THE YEAR

Chelsea’s energetic midfielder N’Golo Kante has been named the 2017 Premier League Player of the Year at the London Football Awards.

25-year-old Kante beat off competition from his teammate Diego Costa, Alexis Sanchez of Arsenal, Dele Alli, Danny Rose both of Tottenham to win the award.

Kante has been instrumental in Chelsea’s rise to the summit of the Premier League this season after joining from Leicester City in the summer and he is also one of the favourites to be named PFA Player of the Year as Chelsea close in on the Premier League title.
