From being a reject under Jose Mourinho, Victor Moses has become a different player under Antonio Conte, and he has been a revelation in his new role as a wing-back.
He has been a key part of Chelsea’s dominance in the Premier League this season, and his fine form has been rewarded with a new contract, keeping him at the club till 2021.
Speaking of his contract extension, Chelsea technical director Michael Emenalo said: “We are extremely pleased Victor has chosen to extend his contract with us. He is enjoying an excellent season and, under Antonio’s leadership, has proved to be an important member of the squad.
“This new contract is testament to Victor’s hard work and dedication to succeed at Chelsea and we believe he will be a big part of our future success.”
