Chelsea will play London rivals Tottenham in the semifinal of the FA Cup after our 1-0 quarter final victory over Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United.
Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois believes the game is a big game for Chelsea.
“We beat them at home and they beat us away,” Courtois said.
“I think they are a top side as well. It is nice for the English league to see four top teams in the semi-finals. I don’t think it is often that that happens, so it is a big game for us.”
Tottenham striker Harry Kane sustained an ankle injury in Tottenham’s 6-0 quarter-final win over Millwall but Courtois believes Kane will return in time for the showdown at Wembley.
“Ankle injuries can appear very bad, but then it is three weeks,” he added.
“They have the international break [to let him recover]. The semi-final is almost at the end of April. He might be fit. We will see what happens in April.”
