After this season, Alexis Sanchez will have just one year left in his contract with Arsenal, and the Chilean isn’t ready to sign a new contract with the Gunners.
Sanchez’s future with Arsenal is very much in doubt, with his contract set to expire in 2018 and according to a report by The Guardian, Conte has urged Chelsea to sign the Chilean ahead of Paris Saint-Germain, Inter Milan and Juventus, who are also said to be keen to secure his signature.
Arsenal want Sanchez to sign a new deal and according to the Mirror, the North London club will demand at least £50 million for Alexis Sanchez if the forward refuses to sign a new deal.
However, Gunners boss Arsene Wenger revealed last week that talks have been put on hold until the summer, and Arsenal insist Sanchez will not join another English club.
