Chelsea are reportedly interested in bringing Romelu Lukaku back to Stamford Bridge during the summer transfer window, and Chelsea legend Didier Drogba might have a role to play with that, if reports from The Sun are anything to go by.

The Sun claim Drogba will play a huge role in Chelsea’s attempts to lure Lukaku back to Stamford Bridge.

It is claimed the Blues legend will hold talks with Lukaku in a bid to convince him to rejoin the club who sold him to Everton for £28million three years ago.

Lukaku has been in great form this season and on Saturday bagged a brace against Hull City, as he tops the scoring chart with 21 league goals already.

However, Everton’s high valuation of the Belgian might be a stumbling block for the deal to go through.
