Chelsea are in a fight to win the league and FA Cup this season, and the Blues are few games away to becoming champions. Chelsea are ahead of the chasing pack with ten points.

Reports have it that Chelsea are ready to tie down Eden Hazard, Diego Costa and Thibaut Courtois with new deals, and the Blues are willing to give Chelsea manager a better deal as well.

According to The Times, Antonio Conte has asked Chelsea to postpone all contract talks with himself and his players until the end of the season to allow his squad to focus on winning the Premier League.

Chelsea will have a hectic April, and Conte is seeking for maximum focus and wants the club to hold distracting contract talks for now.
