Chelsea skipper Jon Terry broke club rules this week by going on a skiing holiday with his family according to a report by The Telegraph.
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte gave the players some days off ahead of Monday night’s Premier League match against West Ham United at the London Stadium.
Terry posted a picture of himself and wife Toni standing in front of a mountain on his Instagram account on Tuesday, with the message “great few days away skiing with the family”.
According to The Telegraph, Chelsea club rules do not allow players to go skiing or partake in a number of activities that could result in injury during the season.
No disciplinary action will be taken after Terry broke the rule by skiing on Tuesday but the players will be reminded of the rules regarding holidays to avoid future confusion.
