Chelsea defender Nathan Ake returned to Chelsea in January after impressing while on loan with Premier League side Bournemouth but The Telegraph claim the 22-year-old might be on the move again in the summer.

Ake has played just twice since his return to Chelsea in January – FA Cup victories over Brentford and Wolves – and the young Dutch defender is yet to make a Premier League appearance for Chelsea since his return.

The Telegraph claim Ake could leave Chelsea either on loan again or permanently with Bournemouth and Southampton interested in signing the young defender.

With Gary Cahill, Cesar Azpilicueta and David Luiz ahead of him, as well as Kurt Zouma and John Terry also fighting for central defensive positions, it would be very difficult for Antonio Conte to guarantee the defender more playing time but things could change with John Terry set to leave in the summer for the MLS.
