Chelsea boss Antonio Conte lead the Blues to the semi-final of the FA Cup with a 1-0 victory over Manchester United on Monday night but it seems his line-up for the game haven’t gone down well with certain players.
According to The Sun, Chelsea fringe players are reportedly unhappy that Conte overlooked them and instead chose a strong side in the 1-0 victory over Manchester United on Monday.
In the previous rounds of the FA Cup, Conte played fringe players against the likes of Peterborough, Brentford and Wolves.
Nathan Ake who was recalled from his loan spell at Bournemouth didn’t even make the bench and the likes of Kurt Zouma, John Terry, Michy Batshuayi and Asmir Begovic have used the competition to get much needed game time this season with less rotation from Conte in the league.
The Sun however failed to mention any player that was unhappy with Conte’s decision to name a strong line-up for the game against Manchester United.
