Chelsea captain John Terry has never played for any Premier League side besides Chelsea but that might change after this summer if we are to believe a report from The Times.
Terry’s Chelsea contract will expire at the end of the season and Chelsea won’t offer him a new contract when his current deal ends.
According to The Times, Terry is reportedly considering playing for another Premier League club next season.
The Times claim Terry is reluctant to move to China and he will consider staying in the Premier League if his wage demands aren’t met by any MLS side.
Terry has a good relationship with Stoke City manager Mark Hughes and it’s been reported that Terry might consider making a switch to Stoke City or play for another similar level mid-ranking Premier League team next season.
Terry has always insisted he would never play for another Premier League side so we don’t really know if we can trust this report from The Times.
