Chelsea magician Eden Hazard scored a brace as Chelsea defeated Manchester City 2-1 at Stamford Bridge to maintain our seven-point gap at the top of the table.
Hazard was delighted with the win but admitted Chelsea could have played better.
“It’s a big win, of course,” Hazard said after the game. “I don’t know if the way we played was beautiful. But the most important thing is to win games.
“The way we play can be better. But it was a good win against a great team.
“It’s always a real battle when you play against Man City. In the first half we did everything. The result is 2-1 and we’re happy today.
“I try to do my best and help the team to win games. We have eight games to play and we want to win the title. That’s our target.
“We are nearly there but there’s a long way to go. We are ready for everything.”
