Two shocking moments within two minutes saw Crystal Palace beat Chelsea 2-1 at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon to shock every fan of the Premier League.

It was indeed not Chelsea’s day, as the Blues fought hard to get back into the game, all to no avail.

These stats below show how dominant Chelsea were.

Chelsea had 24 shots to Crystal Palace’s eight. Eleven of ours hit the target in comparison to three of theirs. Diego Costa had nine efforts while Cesc Fabregas scored with one of his three.

According to Opta stats, we had four ‘big chances’, the most in any league game since the home win over Leicester in October.

Chelsea also had 73 per cent possession and 63 per cent of the territory, and we won nine corners.

Fabregas created a game-high seven chances and he made more passes than anyone in the final third (52), too.
