For the past three weeks, Tottenham Hotspur have been piling the pressure on Chelsea and have overseen our ten point lead drop to four points.

Indeed, we couldn’t deny that they were rightly putting the pressure on us and took advantage of every slip by the Blues. But then karma has a way to get back at people, and it’s now time for Tottenham to feel the heat, while we smile in anticipation.

Tottenham fans, players and manager must have watched the Chelsea game and would have been delighted with Oriol Romeu’s equaliser in the first-half. However Gary Cahill restored the lead before half-time and Chelsea came out of the tunnel a different team.

Chelsea were the dominant side in the second-half and from start of the second-half to the end, the Blues bossed Claude Puel’s men. Tottenham must have been disappointed with the manner Chelsea played the second-half, and it’ll even add to the pressure when they host Crystal Palace in the first of their three upcoming London derby.

Palace are a different side now, and we remember how they took all three points at Stamford Bridge and also beat Liverpool in their last league game.

Tomorrow, they will host Spurs, and all we can do is watch the game from the comfort of our homes with probably a bottle of wine, juice or whatsoever you love.

One thing is for sure – the pressure is now on Tottenham.

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
