Chelsea beat Bournemouth 3-1 at the Vitality Stadium and the Blues were deserved winners in the victory.
Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has put Chelsea’s win down to the quality of players in the Chelsea team, and believes Diego Costa, Eden Hazard and Pedro Rodriguez were his biggest threat in the game.
He said after the game: “They were very good at times. They’re a very difficult to play against, and a very difficult team to chase the game against because their system is a really good one. It lends itself to that, and also because of the calibre of players they have in key positions – Hazard, Pedro, Diego Costa.
“They’re difficult to stop and in transition they are so good. It was the quality of their players that was the difference for our two games against them this season.”
