For the first time in weeks, Chelsea played a Premier League game before Tottenham. Spurs have been piling the pressure on Chelsea all the while, as they tend to play before us most times.

Gary Cahill revealed after the game on Tuesday that he’s happy Chelsea got to play before Spurs, as this will put more pressure on our title rival.

He said after the game on Tuesday night: “It feels like a massive step. It’s the first time for a long time we’ve played before Tottenham.

“I feel OK now. The lads didn’t miss me against Tottenham at Wembley [4-2 FA Cup victory on Saturday]. This result leaves us in a good position but we have a big game this weekend at Everton.”

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
