Chelsea striker Diego Costa has found goals hard to come by this second half of the season. He has only been able to score four goals since January, but Antonio Conte isn’t worried by that.

Costa forced Smith to score an own goal after a beautiful turn in the Bournemouth box 18. His deflected shot led to the first goal.

The Italian was impressed with Costa’s performance against Bournemouth and said after the game: “I’m happy with his performance. In this moment, Diego is not scoring but he’s totally involved in the team.

“He helped provoke the first goal. He must continue to work in this way with great desire and work-rate and I’m sure he can score in every game.”
