Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois missed the 2-0 loss at Manchester United last weekend with an ankle injury.

It was feared that he’d miss the FA Cup semifinal clash against Tottenham on Saturday at the Wembley Stadium, but he has had a fitness boost ahead of the game and could still feature for Chelsea.

According to Sky Sports, Courtois trained with his goalkeeping coach today.

They say the 24-year-old will return to training with his team-mates tomorrow and could be fit for Chelsea’s FA Cup semi-final clash with Tottenham on Saturday evening.

Courtois has been in goal in all of Chelsea’s Premier League games this season, but for the defeat against Manchester United, which saw second choice goalkeeper Asmir Begovic in goal for the first time.
