Since John Terry announced that he’d be leaving Chelsea at the end of the season, the tributes have been pouring in for the Chelsea captain.
The 36-year-old has been an influential figure for Chelsea in well over a decade and chose to call it quits after a 22-year spell.
Another Blues legend Didier Drogba has sent his former teammate a heartfelt tribute.
He wrote on Instagram: “From day one you’ve been a true Leader, when I first met you and didn’t know who you were π βΊ but said to me “welcome to chelsea” Thought you were a young player from the academy going on pre season tour πππ Then I realized who you were from your first speech right before our first friendly game vs @celticfc .
