Real Madrid are reportedly keen on Chelsea star Eden Hazard, and the Spanish giants are said to be keen on breaking the world record fee in their pursuit of the Chelsea star, and of course, Chelsea are unwilling to sell.

However, former Tottenham and Manchester United striker Terry Gibson believes Eden Hazard can knock off Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo if he makes the move to Spain.

“At the moment you would compare him to Isco and James Rodriguez, who are not playing on a regular basis,” Gibson told Sky Sports.

“So there would be a big casualty if Hazard comes in.

“It won’t be Gareth Bale. It will be Karim Benzema or Cristiano Ronaldo – unless Ronaldo goes to centre forward.”

Hazard is younger than Ronaldo and will bring a lot to any team, but Real Madrid can look for a big name signing elsewhere.
