Chelsea captain John Terry sent a special message to Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere, who is currently on loan at Bournemouth.
Wilshere has struggled with injuries and he went on loan to Bournemouth this season in a bid to resurrect his career.
Wilshere played the full 90 minutes for Bournemouth as Chelsea defeated the Cherries 3-1 at the Vitality Stadium yesterday while Terry was an unused substitute.
In a special message to Wishere, Terry wished he could have played with Jack Wilshere “week in week out”.
Terry gave Wishere his jersey after the Bournemouth game with the message written on the jersey.
And in a post on Instagram, Wilshere shared the message written by Terry on the jersey.
Terry wrote: “To Jack, great player and great man.
“Wish I had the chance to play with you week in week out.”
