Marcos Alonso was in the starting lineup for our Sunday clash against Manchester United, but he pulled out before the start of the game and was replaced by Kurt Zouma.

Chelsea defender David Luiz has given more insight on what really happened to the Spaniard.

“This kind of thing can happen,” David Luiz said. “He felt a bit sick so that is why we had to change but it didn’t affect the game because Marcos did not play, we lost because we did not play very well and it was not the Chelsea like before and sometimes this happens.

“We didn’t play well, Manchester United played better than us and they deserved to win.”

Chelsea lost the game 2-0.

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
