In the buildup to Manchester United’s first goal, the ball struck the hand of Ander Herrera, and from the resulting handball, he slipped a pass through the Chelsea defence for Marcus Rashford to score.

David Luiz has revealed that he saw the handball but it was unfortunate the referee didn’t see it.

He said: “I saw it but we can say the referee did not see it, and they played a counter-attack with the free ball and behind the line you cannot make a foul or you will get a red card. It is normal that sometimes the referee can see and sometimes he cannot see so we cannot judge him because also we had some mistakes in the game. It is not about the referee why we did not win, it is about our game not being top level.

Speaking about the Spurs, he added: “Tottenham are playing very well, but also we are top of the table for a reason and we still have to play a lot of football, so we need to look forward and play the next games.”

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
