Chelsea are through to the finals of the FA Cup, and it was a magnificent game of football, tension-filled, played at a fast pace and kept us all at the edges of our seat.

Chelsea beat Spurs 4-2 at the Wembley Stadium, and it wasn’t in any way easy.

See how the players fared:

Courtois: The Belgian was beaten twice, and it wasn’t in any way his fault, but he had a good game overall and his save from a Harry Kane free-kick late in the game was incredible. 7/10

Azpilicueta: Was the captain today, and he played his heart out. Ran like a tiger and was never afraid to put a tackle in. 7.5/10

Luiz: Was a real leader in the middle of the back three. He won many headers, made many clearances, covered the left and right central defenders and organised the backline all through the game. Even a stamp from Dele Alli didn’t deter him. 8.5/10

Ake: A look at his performance and you wouldn’t have noticed that this was only his third start for Chelsea since he came back from loan. He was very comfortable, started the game in bright fashion, rose up to the occasion, was comfortable on the ball and never looked out of place. 8/10

Matic: He sealed the victory with an incredible shot from outside the box that stunned Hugo Lloris. Worked hard for the team in the middle of the park and made the victory assured with that wonderful goal. 8/10

Kante: He was a machine today, and he worked tirelessly. Ran all around the pitch and was very effective against a tireless Spurs midfield. 8.5/10

Moses: Won the penalty that gave Chelsea the second goal and bombarded the right flank with so much intelligence. Had a good game. 7.5/10

Alonso: The left wing-back looked inspired for today’s game and showed it with his performance. Ran the show from the left flank; he knew when to attack and when to help his defence. 7.5/10

Willian: Had a good game and scored a brace for his team. He was disappointed to be taken off on the hour mark especially after such a good performance. His free-kick was indeed brilliant. 8/10

Pedro: One thing Pedro offers in every game is work rate and he offered so much against Spurs today. Worked hard for the team and was very lively. 7.5/10

Batshuayi: Didn’t really have a sniff on goal, but he was lively in the first fifteen minutes of the game. Showed some flashes of quality. 6.5/10

Hazard: The introduction of Eden Hazard made the difference today. He scored a goal and created another. Had a beautiful game and threatened Tottenham’s defence every time he was with the ball. Helped Chelsea hold the ball better against a rampaging Spurs. He replaced Willian with 30 minutes left. 8/10

Costa: Looked lively when he came on, and could have found the net but for a poor header. He worked hard when he replaced Batshuayi on the hour mark. 7/10

Fabregas: Came on for Pedro and was involved in two goals. His cornerkick led to Hazard’s goal, and his wonderful interplay with Eden Hazard paved the way for Matic to strike that super shot. 7/10

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
