Victor Moses came back from injury and had a very good game against Bournemouth in his right wing-back position, while Marcos Alonso was also terrific and sealed the win for Chelsea with a superb free-kick that held the Bournemouth goalkeeper still.

Harry Redknapp hailed the two wing-backs after their brilliant performance against Bournemouth.

Redknapp told BT Sport: “He [Alonso] played here three or four years ago, he was at Bolton. He’s a lovely footballer, absolute quality, he has got a great left foot.

“His delivery is top class, he always looked very composed, he suits the system.

“Moses was going nowhere in his career, suddenly in this system he has blossomed, he has been fantastic.”
