Chelsea striker Diego Costa has been linked with a summer move away from Chelsea and ex-Chelsea assistant coach Ray Wilkins believes Costa will leave Chelsea this summer because his head has been turned by the big-money offer from China.
Chelsea reportedly turned down a huge bid for Costa in January and various reports claim Chinese club Tianjin Quanjian is ready to make Costa the best-paid player in the world if he leaves Chelsea this summer.
“I think Diego Costa will leave if I’m honest,” Wilkins told Sky Sports.
“I think he should stay and play in the Champions League for Chelsea.
“When you go to China you’re saying your career is finished.
“I would say he might go financially.”
