Manchester United have won the most Premier League titles since its inception in 1992. They have been the dominant team in the Premier League, although things have become different in the last decade, as the likes of Chelsea and Manchester City came to join the party.
Only six clubs have won the Premier League; Manchester United have won it a record 13 times, followed by Chelsea who have won it four times. Arsenal have won it thrice, Manchester City have won it twice and both Blackburn and Leicester City have won it just once.
However, a Chelsea win would secure the fifth Premier League title for the Blues in the last 13 seasons, a record only matched by Manchester United.
So it’s safe to say that since the coming of Roman Abramovich, Chelsea have measured up pretty well with Manchester United and now look to even surpass them in the near future. Besides, we have been England’s best team and the only EPL team to do well in Europe in recent times.
