Chelsea captain John Terry will leave Chelsea at the end of the season and former Chelsea striker Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink insists John Terry deserves the chance to start for Chelsea in remaining two games before he leaves this summer.

Hasselbaink played alongside Terry at Stamford Bridge from 2000 to 2004.

“I would love to see John Terry playing,” Hasselbaink told Sky Sports.

“Especially at the Bridge in front of his own fans for the last two times.

“Obviously Conte will have to think about the FA Cup final as well, and certain players will have to tick over.

“You can’t give players two weeks off and and expect them to turn up for one of the most important games of the season, but to give John Terry respect I would like to see him feature in those two games.”

Obviously this is well deserved considering that john Terry has dedicated his entire playing career to Chelsea and the development of Chelsea Football Club into one of the finest teams in Europe and his achievements for all those years. I will love to see him receive that honor and respect.
