Chelsea will host Sunderland on Sunday at Stamford Bridge, in what will be the last game of the season in the Premier League for the Blues.

The club has advised fans to arrive early at Stamford Bridge on Sunday to enjoy a whole host of celebrations on the day the Blues lift the Premier League trophy.

The fixture against Sunderland will kick off at 14:00 GMT, and the club has announced that there’ll be free beer and water available in general admission areas.

“A brass band will be marching from the Fulham Broadway Centre, with Stamford and Bridget handing out flags to fans. There will also be roaming entertainment, including stilt walkers and balloon modellers,” the official Chelsea website revealed.

The official Chelsea website also revealed other interesting highlights that’ll feature during and before the game: “An activation at the Shed Wall offers fans the chance to have their photo superimposed in the dressing room celebrations which took place after the Blues sealed the title at West Brom, while a large screen outside the West Stand will show season highlights,” the official Chelsea website revealed.

Chelsea also announced via its official website: “The Blues will take to the field through a guard of honour formed by Sunderland’s players and, at half-time, Chelsea’s Academy will be paraded on the pitch to mark a fantastic Treble-winning season for our Under-18s.

“After the match has finished, it will be party time as the Blues lift the Premier League trophy for the fifth time. Former Chelsea skipper Dennis Wise will carry the silverware onto the stage before Chelsea Foundation coach and Community Champion Tom Horrrigan presents it.”
