The future of Chelsea left-back Baba Rahman has been in doubt for a while now. The Ghana international who spent most of the season on loan at Schalke 04, before tearing his ACL at the Africa Cup of Nations in January, is on the path to recovery.

It’s not clear whether he’ll be a Chelsea player next season, and reports have it that clubs are still interested in the 22-year-old despite his injury setback.

According to a report by Goal, the 22-year-old is apparently attracting plenty of interest from clubs all around Europe, though no decision will be made until after Baba can have a few discussions with Chelsea leadership after the end of the season.

The left-back was deemed as too attacking minded by Antonio Conte when he started out as Chelsea boss, hence the decision to send him out on loan, just one season after signing for the Blues.
