Antonio Conte is in his first season as Chelsea boss, and so far, it couldn’t have gone any better for the Italian who signed for Chelsea last summer and took charge of the Blues just after leading Italy to the quarterfinals of the European Championship.

Conte has admitted that the only thing that would make this season fantastic is if Chelsea can win titles at the end of the season.

“My first season is very good,” he said on Sky Sports.

“It’s very good for me because it’s a great experience. It’s my first time to work in another country as coach.

“I think I am satisfied for my impact in this league. But for sure I want to go to the end and play to win with my players, with the club and the fans.

“After a really good season like this, it is important for it to become a fantastic season. There is only one way for it to become a fantastic season and that is to win.”

With four games left and four points clear of Tottenham in second position, Conte is close to achieving a dream debut season.
