Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has been praised by former Southampton player Matt Le Tissier for getting the best out of Victor Moses, Cesar Azpilicueta, Eden Hazard and Diego Costa this season as Chelsea close in on the title.
“He’s set the team out in a way which gets the best out of his players,” Le Tissier said on Sky Sports.
“He’s taken a look at what their best attributes are, who can do a job.
“Who would have thought Moses would have done a job at right wing-back? Having watched him through his career, it’s not something you would have labelled him with. He’s managed to do that.
“Azpilicueta has always been a full-back but he’s slotted into that position perfectly. He understands the position well.
“He has got a great tune out of players and also getting players re-focused.
“After last season’s effort from Costa and Hazard, to get them to let them come back to how they were two seasons ago, that’s another great feather in his bow.”
