Elisabetta Conte, who has been married to Blues boss Antonio Conte since 2013, was overwhelmed with emotion during Monday night’s game against Watford.
The Chelsea fans have taken to the Italian in just his first season at the club, after successfully guiding Chelsea to a Premier League title. During the game against Watford, the Chelsea faithful kept chanting his name “Antonio”, which made Conte’s wife so emotional.
Elisabetta was seen wiping away the tears as she sat alongside other VIPs in the prime position behind the dugouts.
She sat alongside their daughter, Vittoria, who brought along a banner that read “The Confather”, alongside a cartoon image of her dad and other key faces at Chelsea.
Chelsea eventually won the game 4-3 and the celebrations continued after the game.
