Chelsea right wing-back got sent off during Chelsea’s 2-1 FA Cup defeat to Arsenal after he received a second yellow card when he went down in the box.

The referee booked Moses for simulation with the wing-back already on a yellow and it was the right decision by the referee but the referee was however wrong to award Alexis Sanchez goal after the Arsenal forward clearly handled the ball.

Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois admitted the red card was correct but he insisted Moses doesn’t need to apologize.

“After that goal (Sanchez goal), we tried to play but they deserved it,” Courtois said.

“Then we went down to 10 men and the red card was correct. Victor Moses doesn’t need to apologise.”
