Diego Costa, N’Golo Kante and Eden Hazard have all been phenomenal this season, and while Costa has been strongly linked with a move to China, Hazard is being pursued by Real Madrid.
Italian giants Inter Milan with their new billionaire owner have been constantly linked with Chelsea coach Antonio Conte, and former Chelsea goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer has admitted that Chelsea will find it most difficult to replace the Italian who just won the league in his first season at the club.
Match of the Day pundit, Schwarzer said: “Hazard, as much as he’ll be a big loss, there’ll be another player they can replace him with. It’s gonna be tough, but they’ll find someone.
“Costa’s another one. He’s scored 20 goals again this season, he did that two seasons ago when they won the league. This season they’ve won the league again. So he’s gonna be a really tough one to replace if he does leave.
“But the biggest job for them would be to replace Conte if he were to leave.”
