Spanish club Real Madrid are reportedly interested in Chelsea magician Eden Hazard according to various media reports. Diego Costa has also been linked with a move to the Chinese Super League ahead of the summer transfer window.

When asked if he was confident of keeping our key players at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea boss Antonio Conte revealed every single Chelsea player must have the desire to stay and play for Chelsea.
