Chelsea legend Frank Lampard revealed Chelsea and Tottenham are the best organised teams in the Premier League.

Chelsea have a four-point advantage over Tottenham with four games left to play and Lampard insists Chelsea are favourites to win the league because Chelsea have the easier run-in.

“They (Tottenham) and Chelsea are the best organised teams and have the best quality individuals who can win games,” Lampard said on Sky Sports.

“Pochettino, Conte, the two best managers on current form. There’s a golf there now.

“The two have set themselves out there, it’s a straight fight but Chelsea have a four point lead with a very comfortable run-in.

“I can see them both winning all their games and Chelsea winning the league, possibly. Chelsea have to be favourites from here.”
