Oscar and Branislav Ivanovic might no longer be Chelsea players, but they are both eligible to get another Premier League medal.
Chelsea are just a win short of becoming champions, and a win on Friday night against West Brom will seal the deal for the Blues.
However, Premier League rules state that a player has to play five games to be eligible for a medal.
Oscar made the decision to move to Shanghai SIPG in China in the January transfer window in a huge £52million move, but he played 9 nine league games for Chelsea before making the move, which assures him of a league medal.

Ivanovic made 13 league appearances for Chelsea before his January move to Zenith ST Petersburg, and is also eligible to get a Premier League medal.
Oscar and Ivanovic won the league under Jose Mourinho two seasons ago.
Nathan Ake and Asmir Begovic are ineligible for the medals but will most likely get a medal as the rules aren’t strict as before. The clubs are given 40 medals to share at their discretion, and with Chelsea’s thin squad, this wouldn’t be a problem for the likes of Ake and Begovic.
