Chelsea came from a goal down to beat Sunderland 5-1 in the last game of the season, and it was a comprehensive victory and a beautiful performance.

See how the players fared:

Courtois: Would be unhappy not to have gotten a clean sheet, but he had a good game nevertheless, especially a good save from a Jack Rodwell shot on the 50th minute. 7/10

Luiz: The Brazilian had a good game in the centre of the defence and barely had much to do as it was all Chelsea. 7/10

Terry: Lasted only 26 minutes on the pitch as it was his big day – his last league game for the Blues.

Azpilicueta: Yet another good game for the Spaniard, and the 27-year-old has played every league game for Chelsea this season. 8/10

Kante: Solid display from the Frenchman; he did what he knows how to do best – stop opposition play. 8/10

Fabregas: Orchestrated play from the midfield as Chelsea were in no mood to have mercy on the already relegated Black Cats. 8/10

Moses: His direct running on the right flank was too hot to handle for the Sunderland defence, and he did that all game long. 7.5/10

Alonso: Yet another wonderful game from the Spaniard, and he yet again showed his free-kick prowess, as his free-kick led to Willian’s equaliser. 8/10

Willian: Opened the scoring for Chelsea with a superb shot eight minutes into the game, and had a good game for Chelsea. 8/10

Hazard: He was kicked, he was fouled but he was still a Hazard to the Sunderland defence. His left-footed strike made it two for Chelsea and it was a beauty. 8/10

Costa: Wasn’t his dominant self, but he did well to assist Hazard to score the second goal for Chelsea. 7/10

Cahill: It was the captain who came on in place of Chelsea captain John Terry just after 26 minutes, and he had a good game. 7/10

Batshuayi: The Belgian replaced Costa with less than 30 minutes left and he continued his scoring form as he scored a brace for the team within the last two minutes of the game. 8/10

Pedro: Came on for Hazard with about 20 minutes left and his pressing football gave him a goal, and he assisted Batshuayi as well. 8/10

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
