Watford tried to spoil the party for Chelsea, but a late Cesc Fabregas goal was enough to give the Blues the 29th league win of the season.

See how the players fared:

Begovic: The Bosnian didn’t really make any save in the game and was unfortunate to concede three goals resulting from three Chelsea defensive lapses. 6/10

Zouma: Didn’t have much to do in the game and wasn’t solid enough leading to Okaka”s goal. 6.5/10

Terry: His goal in the 22nd minute put Chelsea ahead, but a mix-up with Chalobah led to the Watford equaliser about a minute later. He didn’t do anything wrong at the back and was unlucky to be part of a defence that conceded three goals from three attempts. 7/10

Ake: Composed and assured in defence yet again and was so unselfish to lay the pass for Batshuayi to score. 7.5/10

Kante: Passed a number of good forward balls behind the Watford defence, lost a number of balls too but made up for it with his work rate, interceptions and tackles. 7.5/10

Chalobah: Started the first-half pretty well but slipped off the radar when the going got tough in the second-half. 6.5/10

Azpilicueta: Definitely my man of the match. The Spaniard was everywhere tonight; scored the second goal with a brilliant finish, worked really hard, pressed hard, attacked and defended very well. Did a good job at right wing-back. 8/10

Kenedy: The Brazilian started the game in the left wing-back position but didn’t do much to convince Conte with his performance. He was energetic but lacked a bit of intelligence with his timing, runs and decision-making. 6.5/10

Willian: Started the game with great intensity and was trouble for Watford’s defence. 7.5/10

Hazard: Didn’t get a goal but he was lively today and caused Watford problems with his pace and trickery. 7.5/10

Batshuayi: Got a goal for Chelsea courtesy of an Ake assist, and he showed a bit of quality while leading the line. Still need to improve in certain areas of his game.  7.5/10

Aina: Replaced Kenedy with about 15 minutes left. Didn’t have much time to show what he’s got, but he looked good on the ball. 6.5/10

Fabregas: Had about 12 minutes of normal time on the pitch and he was at his very best; he was composed in midfield and scored the winning goal for Chelsea. 7.5/10

Pedro: Came on for Batshuayi with 7 minutes left and his pace was enough to give Prodl a red card. Was lively within that short time. 6.5/10

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
