A 1-0 win for Chelsea was enough for the Blues to win the Premier League this season, and it’s Eden Hazard’s second league title since he signed for Chelsea.
A season that didn’t start out well for the Blues was later turned around when Antonio Conte switched to a 3-4-3 formation and Eden Hazard believes that was the turning point of the season.
“We are very happy,” a smiling Hazard said after the 1-0 win at West Brom.
“We talked a lot about the manager already, he is fantastic and we work a lot in training. Full credit to him and the players. We lost to Arsenal and then we went on an unbelievable run.
“That’s when we said that we can win the league.”
