Chelsea sealed the Premier League title on Friday night at The Hawthorns after defeating West Brom 1-0 thanks to a late goal from super-sub Michy Batshuayi.
According to The Times, the players will receive a £5 million bonus to be split among the squad.
The bonus will be shared among the players on a sliding scale with those that have made the most appearances receiving the bigger slice.
However, 10 per cent of the fund is reserved for players who have been unused substitutes or non-travelling squad members to ensure that all of the players are rewarded for their contribution to Chelsea’s success.
Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich sanctioned the £5 million bonus last summer.
The likes of Gary Cahill and Cesar Azpilicueta will receive the biggest amount after starting all Chelsea’s Premier League games this season.
Conte and his coaching staff will be rewarded from a separate bonus pot.
