Former Chelsea goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer has identified Chelsea wing-backs Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso as two players to have benefited from Chelsea playing three at the back.
Alonso and Moses were brilliant as Chelsea defeated Middlesbrough 3-0 on Monday night.
“Moses and Alonso have benefited from playing in a back three,” Schwarzer told Match of the Day.
“Conte has identified Moses as a perfect wing-back. He’s quick, powerful, and he’s had coaching on the defensive side.
“When he’s attack-minded, he’s got cover at the back.
“Alonso has ability to score goals, he’s got six while Moses has three.
“They are often the two most forward players in the Blues side.”
