Chelsea secured the Premier League title on Friday night with a 1-0 win over West Brom at the Hawthorns.
With the game looking like one of those days when the ball won’t just go in after West Brom parked an airplane in front of goal, Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi came off the bench to score the goal that secured the league title for Chelsea.
Chelsea legend Frank Lampard, who won three Premier League title as a Chelsea player, revealed on Instagram that he was happy to see the celebrations after Chelsea secured the title on Friday night.
Lampard, who is a pundit for Sky Sports, posted a picture of himself at the Hawthorns with the caption: “What a night @chelseafc! Loved being there to see the celebrations. #champions #chelsea 💙👊”
