Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi joined Chelsea from Marseille in a deal reportedly worth £33million but the striker has struggled to get enough game time this season. Batshuayi is yet to start a Premier League game for Chelsea this season.
Various reports had claimed Batshuayi would leave Chelsea on loan during the summer in order to play regularly.
However, according to Daily Express, West Ham want the Belgian striker and Chelsea would only let Michy Batshuayi leave to join West Ham on a permanent basis.
Daily Express claim Conte wants two big-money strikers next season and as a result, Chelsea would prefer Batshuayi leaves permanently rather than send him out on loan.
West Ham tried to take Batshuayi on loan during the January transfer window and Daily Express believe the Hammers will return for the striker in the summer with West Ham boss Slaven Bilic prioritising the arrival of a striker.
Chelsea will reportedly receive a fee less than what we paid Marseille for Batshuayi last summer.
Do you think letting Batshuayi leave permanently is the right thing to do?
